I was listening to Fox news channel two days ago and heard that 56 Taliban had been killed that day in Afghanistan. Thats a remarkable kill tally!! It was most definately a major Operation or a big fire-fight!! I was wondering if maybe it was spear-headed by SEALs or any other SOF unit. Hell, I dont even know if it really happened.

Thanks for reading, reply at will,

P.S. Im new to this site and just posted my first thread under the "this is where your first thread goes" or something so if you have time, or if you are interested, check it out. Thanks again.

From what I read, the U.S. was not involved in that at all. Just Afghans and Canadians. Here is an article:

Well, oldswabbie, I guess I deserved that. I hope i didnt violate the ROE because I did see it on your signature. Im sure I didn't but as you clearly stated, I am new.

It sucks to be the new guy but in a website that has my passion, I dont mind at all,

You didnt violate any rules of engagement. We can see you're just a little "eager" :) but thats ok. I would suggest reading alot of the older post. You can learn ALOT from them, there is so much wisdom in them, especially from Sandfrog, Frogman80, Bud/s184, lycurgus, (All SEALS)... plus a bunch more.
