holy cow, this one smoked me. Don't know if its diet or lack of sleep or just me, but I couldn't get more than 10 pullups at a time, and it really slowed me down. wasn't even close to sub 30.

Hey fellas.
Yesterday at lunch I did the following with a buddy:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
45 Squats
7 rds + 1 pull up (he got 7 rds + 10 pull ups)
After work my brother came up and we went to the Y and did:
"300"
25 Pull ups
50 Deadlift (135)
50 Push ups
50 Box Jumps (20" box)
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Kettlebell Swings (50lbs)
25 Pull ups
t = 14:06, PR by over 1:30 which I think I shaved from the KtE (Brother, not a CFer but strong as hell and decently fit, did it in 16:18).
Hoo Yah boys! Have a great weekend.

??
The work out I did took me 59 minutes. Even young and strong (Joe) took 43:26 minutes.
50 35 20
50 lb kettlebell swings
sit ups
20" box jump
pull ups
95 lb push press.
What the hell did I misinterpret? How is everyone under 35 minutes?

maybe were just studs!
haha, just playing. everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. i know for me, any WOD with turkish getups takes me an extra 10 minutes than most others.

Da Runner,
I made the best time on the swings (I used DBs), box jumps, and sit-ups. That's where I made up most of my time as each of these was done without stopping. I would have been a lot faster, but the pull-ups and push press were much slower and required more breaks. I have yet to be a "stud" on any of the WODs.

I wasn't able to do this or Saturday's run until today...so I wanted to get a good workout today.
Time: 30:57...felt I took a couple breaks where I should have just pushed through. I lost much time on the pullups and the push presses.
Great workout though!
