Is it 10 to each arm or 20 to each arm with the snatches?
Twenty each arm. You could break them up though...
10 right arm, 10 left arm, repeat.

This looks sadistic. Unfortunately it will have to wait until I get back as I probably won't have time to hit a gym. Anyway, the last time I did a CF workout at a Euro gym I gave others a heart attack while they smoked cigs riding their stationary bikes watching my routine. It was quite a spectacle.
Work is really sucking up a lot of my time, and has cut my training time down to 1 session/day most days now. Sucks.

I'm back! Currently traveling and in Detroit, MI.
As Rx'd : 54:39 I really didn't think I would have that much trouble with this work out. None the less I completed it.

53:20 as rx'd
Great workout rord! For those who haven't done this WOD yet: Push harder than you think you should on the first mile and first 3 rounds of PT. second mile, second set of PT and last mile paced themselves nicely for me, I should have pushed harder on the first third.

Hello all,
:) I hope everyone suffered er enjoyed this one as much as I did this work out.
Dead hang pull ups- sheese Rord you'd think that after a few weeks of this fun I could do more than 1 dead hang at a time.
So here are the results, I had to do AM and PM back to back
so:
Joe- 38:20 1st part and 7:20 for the PM portion.
Me: 52:45 Deadhangs suck, 12:07 for the PM portion.
Yee Haw.

Good One
40:43 for this one. The last run really sucked as I live on a hill, and running downhill was as hard as running up following squats and snatches.
Good times everyone.

i am constantly reminded how important mentality is to working out.
i almost was forced to sit out today, thankfully i didnt, just had to make it a late one
started with an hour of double unders(not straight of course!)
as rx'd with each run a little over a mile- 50:21
it started pouring during the sets of squats and boxjumps, so i got to do this one soaked!
that really hurt on the snatches(definitely the hardest exercise) i kept almost flinging the weight out of my hands cause i couldnt grip it.
tozio- good to see you back bro. havent been posting much lately...

I lost focus on the very first box jump and slammed my left chin right on the corner. I could feel the blood bubble jiggle every jump after that. No Fun.
Great workout Rob! Bring on the pain!
This was my very first crossfit and I'm disapointed that I didn't do the whole thing. Did everything up until the last set of snatches , pull ups , and last mile. 34:30 . I believe I thought too much of what was up and coming instead of focusing on the current things, that's how I defeated myself. Plenty of work ahead of me.

Did both morning and afternoon workout together along with two other people who worked out with me. Took us 1:20 to complete, not entirely happy with time but seeing how this is their first week to Crossfit I've been keeping a slower pace for them. Body definitely feels the past couple of days, this has been a good week. My friends are a little less enthuased with the soreness but are liking the results from the workouts. Rord you're the best coach that I've never met in my entire life.

Did the workout outside and did not have a 35lb dumbell, so I stuffed as much stuff in my ruck as possible and used that for one-arm snatches. It probably weighed 25 lbs. But otherwise WOD as Rx'd.
Time: 34:17 minutes

Hey fellas. Some really good times out there.
Great day outside to do this one. Took me 51:46 to complete it.
I've been taking it easy on runs. Today my average was 8:15/mile. My stride feels out of balance between my left leg and right leg, I don't know whats going on.
