******Substitutions if you need them******
Wall ball - 40lb. Thrusters
Row - Cable rows (30% of your body weight)
Example: I weigh 165 so I use 50lbs.
Row - Barbell Rows (65 lbs.)
Row - Crossfit recommends you can run or bike for the same amount of time. Obviously you would need to do this on a treadmill or stationary bike so you can count calories burned
Row - If you have a garmin GPS or similar running watch it will calculate calories burned for you if you want to run for 1 minute.
Disclaimer - The first two row options I made up myself and have used in the past. They are not the official crossfit substitutions. The second two are. Personally I think the cable rows more closely mimics the movement of the rower, but that's my own opinion :-)

Didn't do "Fight Gone Bad" because I took yesterday off to rest. I want the challenge of Angie and did pretty decent in my opinion. I've never done a workout like this.
Time: 59:35 Did assisted pull-ups every thing else as rx'd. averaged 7min miles.
Will the todays work out on Monday depending on which is more challenging.

I thought this was going to be easier than "Running with Angie," but it turned out to be twice as hard!
Felt really bad after the third round, so stopped (hating myself for that):
1: 100
2: 85
3: 73

had DEP-lympics today, after 1 hour of sleep last night. we did a nice SpecOps workout of 5 pullups- 20 pushups- 20 situps- ~200m sprint.
then we had a pullup contest, which i won with 24 deadhangs. then played about 2 hours of intense 2hand touch football!(LOL) i figured today would be a ruck run, now i see its FGB, and i feel like **** for not doing it! hit it monday maybe

Please tell me you did multiple rounds of that ... or was it a benchmark?

Nice job on the PU pipe.
bro, of course more than one!(think it was AMRAP IN 20 minutes) lol, i mean theyre not doing anything like the NSC WODs, but theyre not out there holding their ****s you know. we did some .5 mile runs as well.
i never get as good a workout at the dep meets as with the WODs, but its fun because youre with other guys in the pipeline and we can push each other as opposed to my usual workouts alone(anyone who works out with me once generally doesnt want to repeat the process ;D).
thanks dude.

hit this a#@$%@#$ m$#@# F((@#)#( today, and ive decided, it is definitely the hardest WOD for me: im always broken after, lmao.
subbed 75lb thrusters for wall ball, and pullups for rows in round 5.
lost track after round two, but im glad i finished, had a headache to boot.

I'm with you Pipeline, this one kicked my butt. I did this yesterday and had to make a few substitutes.
Subbed 2 20# dumbells for the wall ball, burpees for the box jumps, and 70# seated rows for the row machine (seeing todays workout, I don't think I made the wisest substitutions).
I lost count of reps, but don't think I did too good of a job. After (since I was already completely soaked) I decided to go on a 15 mile bike ride.
