Hello All, :)

Sunny and a hundred here in Greenville. So I did this one inside. I hate treadmills. :(

Anyway I tried some modifications on the pull ups and they didn't hurt my shoulder like usual. I saw a video that said to get a full down extension bounce your toes on the floor. At first I thought I was cheating, because being a runner for decades I can bounce purty good. :D, buuuut after 70 it was brutal anyway but I had a full down action, now my up and over the bar is little lax. I gotta figure that one out. hmmm....,

Time for all is 58:30.

Was gonna do this with a weight vest, but decided to save that for tomorrow morning when I do "Murph", and then do the Alternating PU/Dip Rings of Death WOD (Thu, 6/5) tomorrow afternoon. I just couldn't resist "Running with Angie."

As RX'd
40:54 (PR by about 30 seconds)

I think I may have PR'd on the 100 pull-ups, I flew through those, and knocked out the push-ups in 65 then about 30 sec rest and the remaining 35. The last mile was brutal as expected, made worse due to the hill.

Quick question: What does PR mean? I've seen some people use it and am always lost as to what they are talking about.

Never done this one

AND MAY I SAY BRUTAL!!

After the pull-ups and the first mile, I was like, alright, i'm going to smoke it, then after doing the 100 pushups, the second mile SUCKED.

43:25, Very sore from biking and running this week, miles were all under 7, 1st one 6:20

Thank goodness for my rest day tmrw

I had my date with Angie this morning:

Almost as rx'ed - I only did 60 pullups, but the pushups, squats and situps as ordered. Inside on the treadmill. Still 60 pullups in one session is a personal record for me, so I'm happy.

My ipod battery died about halfway through the workout; so, when I finished I ran to my truck to plug it in and get my time (ran an extra quarter-mile).

Time difference from when I started to when I plugged in my ipod: 49:27...so my workout time was something under that.
