Mr. Ord,

I was wondering about your workout schedule shown in this months Crossfit Journal from the pre-SOF conditioning article. How much rest is required between the swims or runs? Do you do the cals that are on the same line as the rest between the swim/run? And, should I feel that I won't overtrain, should I add in running and swimming on the same day, or do you believe it'd be better to stick with the type of program suggested in the article?

Thank you very much and sorry about so many questions. I really liked the design of your conditioning, but had been running and swimming in the same day.
