I would like to purchase one of the DVD's while the 20% sale is going on. There are many DVD's to choose from and I just want to know has anybody watched them and what would they suggest? I always train til I am completely exhausted/lightheaded and then I train more. I just psych myself out. I just want something that is going to challenge me til that point as well.





After I get the answer I want, I will go back to lurkin. lol

Here are two suggestions:

As far as strictly training video I liked the Navy Seals Workout as it is filmed at NSW and shows you the workouts they are doing. The other product is designed by Phil Black and is the fit deck cards and video. This is a deck of cards each with a an exercise/routine on the card. You mix the cards up and boom there is your workout. The cards have an accompanying video in the package.

I have a question on one of the products....Skins™.

I hear nothing but good stuff about them and am thinking about getting some. How do you use them and how often? Do you wear them as workout clothes or what? When I try to buy some, how do I pick the best size for me?
Once again I'm asking about Skins™
