How do I sign up for Captain Drew Bisset's program? I asked a recruiter and he didn't seem to know anything about it and couldn't endorse anything outside the military. From what I found on this forum, the program seems to give you quite an edge before BUD/S but I couldn't find anything on how to get involved. Any help would be much appreciated.
