in comparing them to the perfect push up bars which is better? I already have the perfect push ups and i rarely use them . I like the science behind the Strength Builder Push-Up System with the hand placement. Kind of pricey though. But I am willing to buy them if they would benefit me more than the perfect push-ups

Ok Gentlemen, and I am using that term loosely here. If you wish to participate in this thread you will do it without insults, name calling and being off topic. If you aren't capable of doing so, do not make a post.

daknucklesgameisill, keganb88 and stumpy1535 -- If you 3 have anything to say that does not pertain to the topic, you will take it off the board to PM's. The posts you made do not belong on a public forum.

For the record, keganb88 and stumpy1535, ddssdv is quite capable of taking care of himself and does not need any help from the "gallery". I will add that he knows enough to take it to a PM.

daknucklesgameisill -- ddssdv is a BTDT and you will address all of the BTDT's in a respectful manner. If you fail to do so, we can and more than likely will ask you to leave.

Now, with a little luck you all understand exactly what it is I am saying here!

I'm a college graduate and a productive member of society. I also donate money to the poor and tutor less fortunate kids in my spare time ...I also won the golden gloves tournament in Detroit a few years ago

^^^ what does this mean over the net ??? absolutely nothing. In the real world you give respect and you earn it. I asked a question. He got smart and I just told him how it was. I am not on here to make friends or gain popularity. I asked a question. Your mod fellow here did not answer it. You did .Case closed. Check your Diver friend.

Knuckles did you call customer service or get an answer? If you did, could you post the answer? I'm interested to know how well either one works, and which is better.

Your first paragraph is completely immaterial to NSC. As I see it, you most definitely are not being a productive member here.

Understand this and commit it to memory, it will serve you well in your lifetime. Any person who has served in any branch of our Military HAS earned that respect.

You just came off of a forum suspension and you return to the boards with the posts you made today. Not a very smart move on your part. You need to get your facts straight before you let your fingers fly on the keyboard.

FTR, ddssdv wasn't being smart in his reply to you, he stated a fact. He made a valid point in that you should have made one post with both of your questions. All you had to do was go back and edit your first thread to include the second question, simple really. I do not always agree with what he posts and I have deleted posts that he has made.

So, the next time you feel the need to crack wise with me about a post I've made, you had best check first and make sure that you have your facts straight.

Here's a little fact for you: ddssdv is not my mod fellow or anyone else's for that matter. I don't need to check on him but you can rest assured that I will be checking on you. Smarten up and get your attitude in check before you make another post. You are quickly wearing out your welcome here.

If you don't like what I've posted here to you, well.....that's just too bad.

Pull your skirt down man, all I asked was a question. We are not in the military we are in internet land. I don't know you or this guy from a bum on the street begging for a quarter. This is a forum just like most forums. People who you sell their products would like to make money. I will admit you guys do an awesome job of moderating (which you do not get paid) but you guys have a ****ty customer serivice orientated plan. Treat consumers like pest. Its stupid if i ran a forum , I would be more concerned with satisfied customers then proving how much of authority I had on a board.

Your blood is red like mine and you bleed just like me regardless if you are in the military or not. Show respect and you get it.

you pissed off yet?

Another trick to improving your push ups is to do weighted push ups. I put plates in my MAP ruck and use two 25 pound dumbbells for my hands. I find the dumbbells allow me to get better range of motion.

Here you go again with another caustic post. FTR, I'm not into wearing skirts. I'm pretty much a jeans and shirt kind of person.

I'll say it one more time for you regarding the products offered here. Rsctt, Oldswabbie and I have done our best to assist you with your questions. We have made recommendations to you as well. Since none of us have used the DVD's we aren't able to offer an opinion as to which one we feel is best.

The fact that I deleted several posts in this thread yesterday had nothing to do with showing my authority. It had everything to do with keeping your thread on topic and preventing an all out flame war between you and several other members. That's just one of the things we, the Moderators, do here.

Am I pissed off yet? No, not by a long shot. It takes an awful lot to get under my skin. You're more than welcome to try but I'm telling you right now, it just won't work.

Enjoy your weekend!

What about the 'perfect pushup' system don't you like? Not quite what you were hoping for?

I second Rsctt,

I had been using a weighted vest over the plates in a ruck, same deal though. Like he said with the dumbbells, the give greater range of motion but you can also move them around to place your hands in the same spots...the strength builder just makes it easier to assume those hand postions. Little bit more stable then the DB's too...

Well i ordered it just waiting for it in the mail. I will make sure I test the hell out of it and then I will let you guys know my honest opinion. I used a weighted vest with pull ups and push ups. I only have a 20lb vest though.
