I want to buy one of these workout DVD's but

which one is the best to get ? I would like to get one where it is most natural body weight exercises. Or simple equipment. Pull-up bar, sit ups etc.

I don't have a problem with anyone asking for opinions from other members. However, you are the only one who can determine which training regimen will work best for you.

That being said, the next thing you need to do is learn to click on the "preview post" icon and review your post prior to clicking on the "submit reply" icon. If you proof read what you're going to post, you can make changes that will enable the rest of us to completely understand what is that you are asking. I don't mean to offend you but I've read your posts and more often than not it is difficult to comprehend what it is you are saying or asking.

Yes Sir, I know every single DVD has a detailed description and honestly what is your point? Every single movie that comes out in the theater has a description also ,does that mean its a good movie ? I only wanted to ask a question about a product that I wanted to buy thats all. I asked which DVD would you recommend. I asked for peoples opinions. That is what smart consumers do. I would hate to buy the DVD pop it in the DVD player and it be some bull****. Thats all. Most of you mods walk around with a big ego and your chest poked out. All I was asking was a simple question. I wanted to buy the product and I still do. I just wanted an honest opinion on the merchandise but I cant seem to get that because every time a question is asked one of you complain about "check the search function, the mod has spoken". Why not post something similar to this: I have looked at "X, Y and Z" DVD's and I'm leaning towards purchasing "Y"? Has anyone else here purchased it and if so, did it fit into your training needs?

Had you done something like that, you more than likely would have gotten feedback from others. The way you worded your post, you came across as expecting the members to do the work for you. Take some initiative on your own.

A few things, when you have questions involving training, or training equipment it's best to use the training forums. I understand why you posted your question here and it makes total sense, but most of the guys that are using stuff like this never use this forum and won't ever read your questions.

I really believe that if you post these questions on training side you will get the answers that you are looking for. I have not used the DVD or Perfect Push Up System so I am of no help but I am sure other guys have.

The other thing is that we are here for one reason and that is to help guys like yourself train for SOF careers. Try not to get tangled up in confrontations, for now just say "yes, sir" or "no sir" and focus on your training. If you don't understand something about a product that we sell ask and we will find the answer for you, you know what I will make a thread for that very topic and I will make sure those questions get answered quickly.

I also stated that I have no problem whatsoever with seeking the opinions of other members. What I did suggest is that you word your questions in a manner that is understandable and gave you a recommendation on how to do so.

At this point the only other thing I can suggest to you is to call the store and speak to Adam. If he doesn't know the answer to your question, I am sure he will be able to get one for you.
