gear issue:
2x cammie pants
2x udt shorts
2x tri shorts
3x white T's
1 pair scuba pro jet fins( they dont use rockets anymore due to injuries, goes for BUD/S as well)
1 pair cheap dive booties
1x black SEATECH mask
1x canteen and belt
1x wind breaker
winter guys get polypros
you will need white socks for running with no labeling, and a certian backpack to carry all your stuff you can buy a new one from NEX when you get here or find one of the guys who is leaving or DOR'd and buy theirs.
we have only PT'd twice it was great all i can say is its kind of like crossfit on steroids.
we have our own gym, good coaches It is a constant progression program starting at week 0 which we are on, until you graduate.
thursday we did 25lb weight PT a bunch of push ups. and went to the pool for about 2 hours for stroke improvement the fleet guys just jumped in with the week 4 guys tread water for 10 mins no fins then 10 mins passing bricks w/ fins
friday 440 yd sprints x 8 lotttttts of streatching then 2 more hours in the pool finishing with a 30 min CSS w/ fins.
this program will prepare you physically for the road ahead, you get out what you put in the rest is up to you,
ohh yea dont be late or you will be pushing them out.
more later.

Make sure you hit spell check before you post, you have several first grade grammar errors.
Thanks for update and keep us posted on your progress and the progress of your class.

No more rocket fins you say. Those scuba pro jet fins look almost identical to the rocket fins I have. What is the difference?
