I just got an email about? the SEAL fit challenge in encinitas. Is anybody planning on going to this? If you are or have attended one in the past, what kind of PST scores do you either have or reccomend before attending this training. any other info would be greatly appreciated.

There is no set standard on PST scores. The last session we had a wide variation in levels of physical preparation. In order to get the most of out this experience you need to be solid in all three discplines {swim, run and PT/CF}. If you watch our video you will get a clear understanding of what you will be doing and how tough it will be. If you have any questions call our offices and speak with coach Ord. Last camp we had one person DOR the first day but all the others finished.
Really the best thing would be to watch the video
