Here is my dilemna, I am 16, going into 11th grade, and I have never won a wrestling match. I lack strength, conditioning, endurance, the whole package. I think its because I havent hit puberty yet, I look young and my muscles are underdeveloped.
My body fat level is high, I'm 5'10 and 170 pounds, and at that weight there are huge guys who are super strong, so I want to get into shredded wrestling conditioning so I can wrestle skinnier guys.
I have tried many strength programs and have failed in them all because of my lack of puberty growth chemicals, right now I bench 140 on a good day, deadlift 185, squat 160 and do 3 chin ups max. It took me 2 years of hard training to get to this level, but its still not eneough. Its not due to a lack of dedication, because I have trained very hard to get my bench squat and deadlift this high, up from just the bar.
I was thinking that I could get to about 10% body fat so that I will be with lightweight guys at about 150 pounds or so.
what do you think?

The Warning Order will not increase your strength. So if you're looking for all around fitness then you'd probably want CrossFit.
I would recommend crossfit.com but seeing how you mentioned that you're very weak I will recommend one of their affiliates.

Each topic is a different days workout. Click on one of them and Garddawg will generally post 3 different scaled down versions of the crossfit.com WOD (workout of the day)
If you don't know what a particular exercise is go to this link and look it up.

Furthermore, if you've got time, you could couple the crossfit/brandx workout with the following WOD listed on the main page.

Do one WOD in the morning before school and one in the afternoon or evening. I apologize for the information overload.

First off Love the fact that you blurred out your Man Region in the Wrestling photo haha I guess to each his own I'll get what my team takes for wrestling photos up later... anyway
Go to a wrestling camp everyones definition of hard work is diffrent not saying that you aren't working hard but we have a girl on my team that even though she did not have the strength to over power a guy had the technique and determination she had placed high enough in girls tournaments to go to Girls nationals as a Freshman. I went to the J Rob 28 day camp in Minnesota I think its the best camp in the country. I went from a losing JV wrestler to a winning varsity record and 3 medals. 28 straight days of wrestling and conditioning is equivalent to at least 1 season.
they have a 10 day and a 14 day if you can't afford or can't take the 28 day

also looking at your stature I would not suggest going anything below 152's that would be a nasty cut and most of the time your just eating off muscle when you cut weight so with your current problem it definitely would not be worth it. 160's is more realistic put some muscle on and shred down to >10% body fat and you'll be fine.
PM me if you have any wrestling questions

I dont know how to turn on PM's
I'm already going to a wrestling camp this summer, but what is the best way for me to get in awsome fighitng shape but still have strength? There is no way I can still wrestle as skinny-fat as I am.

I'm just starting to do crossfit theres no better way to train your body. First off you need to put on some muscle so I'd suggest doing like a 5x5 program for the time being. As much as conditioning sucks you gota do it. Last year in the Post Season I lifted weights in the morning before school and I ran and did bleachers after school. Whats your normal workout for any one day?

Normal workout is:

Deadlift 1x5
Workout B:
Squat 3x5
OVerhead Press 3x5
Bent Rows 3x5
Alternate, and do the workouts 3 days a week.

I'm not a fitness expert, but here are my suggestions (by the way I am 15).
1. To burn fat and gain muscle-This month's Men's Health issue has a great workout plan for 6 days a week that really only takes 30 minutes-look into it. But studies show that 1 day of weighlifting followed the next day by high intensity interval training (running sprints-ex. 60 minute sprint followed by 3 inute rest, then repeat 5 more times) is the best way to conquer fat, and build muscle. Once again this is all in this month's Men's Health issue.
2. I would personally do lighter weights and more reps. Ex: 3x15, 3x10
3. EXAMINE YOUR DIET. If you've done all this work with little results, then this is probably your problem. I would suggest seeing a sports nutritionist, or nutritionist, you can't go wrong seeing a nutritionist. I like the saying you are what you eat. A proper diet alongside a solid exercise plan should get your desired results.
4. Sleep, for teens it's 8-10 hours, this gives your body plenty of time to repair and rest. Teens also need more sleep because they are going through puberty and the body needs more rest to change.
5. Don't waste time doing nothing productive. Come home, do homework, and get your workout done, don't spend useless internet time, watching hours of TV or in general unproductive things, instead of watching reruns on MTV, work on wrestling drills, go ride a bike, work on that big school project do in a month.
