Average Day at BUD/s

I know there is no such thing as an "average" day at BUD/s but I am curious to find out how much of what a day might include

1.PT?
2.Running?
3.IBS?
4.Surf Torture?
5.O Course?
6.Swimming...distance?...pool or bay?
ect.


to follow up that, what would days in 2nd and 3rd phase include with reguards to the same questions?

I'm in the middle of reading "The Warrior Elite" by **** Couch. It follows class 228 through BUD/s and goes through the different things that they do some of the days. It's a good read and would answer some of your questions.

You should watch the BUD/S Class 234 documentary from the Discovery Channel..it's great....3 hours long, and it shows you what's in the guy's minds as they DOR or put out.
