PRE Buds... NSW Det Little Creek (Fleet guys)

I doubt anyone on here has been to the PRE Buds training in little creek but if you have... What is a typical day like? I undertand that you do a 5 or so mile run in the morning then hit the pool for a little bit and PT everynow and then. As you can tell I dont know much. My request chit looks like its goona go through this time (4th time) without getting declined! Thank you for the information.

well im in lemoore, ca, its not a pre-BUD/S pre BUD/S isin great lakes. how ever here at lemoore its called a MUDPUP program which im TAD to right now. and today we didi 500m swim(anystroke) then max reps pullups, then 1/4 mi sprints for 2mi. (1:30 or less then +5sec on eveylap with like 30 sec between laps) then we got some water then went to the 3mile track and did 1/4 mi in 2min then stop to do random PT 2 excercises 1st was reverse pullups then umping over some wooden boards laid out for that purpose) then another 1/4mi adn so on with a different excercise avery tiem we stop no breaks just stop to PT then run some more. then we did some breast stroke went to lunch came back and field day thursday is field day)

monday we did lots of pushups,leaning rest,flutter kicks, cruches, then simulated log PT with full 5 gallon water jug(100 4count lunges, hold it at extended arm for 1 minute it was great). then duck walk abou 1000 feet with 2 empty 5gallon water jugs, then duck walk and frog hop back with 1 full then sme bear crawls and frog hops and more lunges then lunch thenk some more after lunch

tuesday was 3mi run 1/4 mi bear crawl, 1/4 mi lunges 25x 4 count oil pumpers (monkey @#%$ers)
25x 4 count push ups 25 x4 count flutter kicks then another 3mi run

tomorrow we are doing a 5k run for earth day which will probably be a 10k for us and then who knows what else.

but i would imagine the little creek program would be similar cept thers SEALs there here we PT with the divers.
