I was going through some threads and noticed two gems from Sandfrog. To set the stage he was responding {years ago} to the classic question "I want to be a SEAL how do I do this?"

Ah Sandfrog, good stuff. I wish he had the time post more often. He had quite a few "gems". He'd have you rolling on the floor laughing at one sentence, then have you motivated to do a 10 mile ruck run the next.
