This is directed at long term users. Do you feel as though all responses in this forum should be from teams guys, seeing as how the forum is "Ask a Navy SEAL ..." or do you think we should change the title of forum to something that indicates people very knowledgable about SEAL's but not necessarily teams guys or should it be left as is?
The reason I am asking is that a new user might assume that someone reply to question in this forum is a SEAL. I am genuinely interested in what you guys/girls have to say on this topic.
Thanks in advance for your time and consideration

I think team guys also however some questions can be very easily answered by someone who has knowledge on the subject which is why I try to answer all the questions that I know the answers to and I step back and await responses from others when I do not know the answer.

Anyone who claims to be team guy that is not known to NSC would have to be authenticated, if you post on that forum you would need to be authenticated and approved by NSC, if we hold replies to only teams guys. I am not certain that there is an adequate peopulation of teams guys to respond.

OK..Team Guys only and THEY moderate that forum. That way the dilholes are erased most riki tik for BS. That would mean the god gun for them to BAN whoever they need to. With those rules, I think you would get the lads to respond.

Get some teamguys on the site to answer the question, sure. That's how it used to be.
If it is a question which could be answered by others, mods should move it to a more appropriate place. Quite a few general questions get posted here.

If you have the ability to move a thread like Court said I agree if it is a easy answer by someone move it and leave the others alone for team guys and that would be great in my book.

Anyone who has never BTDT should never answer. I don't care where you read, heard or dug it up. Stay in appropriate lanes and mods regulate that. As for the Team Guys answering...again. The moderate, shoot and remove whoever is out of thier lanes.

Just a couple of suggestions before you do anything about locking down this forum to only team guys answering-
Make sure you HAVE a few team guys lined up and ready to check in on a daily basis. Posts used to languish here for days or weeks unanswered. I am sure it made the poster feel really great about NSC.
Moderate it well. Make sure that the team guys don't have to wade through a lot of silly posts that really belong elsewhere on the site and not on this forum.

This is perhaps one of the only areas in the forums that would be best served if the validitity of the responder can be confirmed authorative and if the responder was in fact a SEAL. It only stands to reason when the forum dialoge is "ask a Navy SEAL".
While I GREATLY value the input from many of the supporters that are providing accurate prospective, the suggestion that only validated SEALs be permitted to provide responses would add positive creditablility to NSC. This is perhaps one of the ONLY areas in NSC that does require actual SEAL responses.
So if you are looking for volunteers, I would be willing to program my PDA phone to be alerted to new incoming requests for information, so as to facilitate timely responses. I trust my previous inputs or prospectives have helped to encourage, inspire and motivate all that have read my feedback on NSC. Thank you!
