This may seem like a stupid question, but if I were to do NROTC in college would I then enter BUDS/S as an officer or as an enlisted man? Thanks for any help you could give me

You would enter as an officer.

Yeah here ya go. A 15 year old giving advice.
From NROTC to a O slot in SPEWCWAR is extremly competive. You have to be in the top 5%. If thats not in your game then enlist. There you will have to be in the top 6%. Good Luck
