Hello to all!
I'd like to first give my thanks to all who have served and are currently serving in the military...I come from a family of military members, so I know from a dependents point of view the sacrifices you endure to do the job you do. My father was in the Army (retired 28 years) and my husband is now currently serving in the Silent Service (this month makes 13 years for us). His mom retired from the Air Force and his older brother is also in the Navy. We both have aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents who have also served in the various services, so we are quite proud of our families and the love and commitment they have for our country.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and to give my thanks to you all and to commend those of you who are considering the military as a career. Although I have never served in the Armed Forces myself, I do like to think that I play a small role in the helping of our military continue to do the great job they do and I am always happy to hear when a young person is considering it as a career!
