View Full Version : Question for Vietnam Era SEALs- If any browse here

I was in TAG today (talented and gifted, I really probably shouldnt be there but did well on an IQ test when I was young and get out of homework once a month so I dont complain) when I looked up and noticed this girl in there had a trident on her jacket and I said, "Hey Jaclyn (i know I spelled that wrong), why do you have a trident on your jacket?" And she responded by saying, "you mean the SEAL trident?" and I said yes and she told me how her dad was a SEAL in Vietnam and how she was proud of him... it was pretty neat since I live in DeSoto which is a small town in the middle of no where. She also had a SEAL Team 1 patch on her jacket.

So my question is, does anyone know of a SEAL by the last name Papik (probably spelled wrong also but thats how it is pronounced) ? I just thought it was really neat

If you could provide correct spelling of name and class number, I would be happy to research. But I would venture to say that she may be correct. HooYah!
