Here are my mock PST numbers from today... I dettach from my command this Friday and take my test on the 20th of this month.
Swim: 10:32
Pushups: 101 (Chest to fist)
Situps: 112
Pullups: 17
Run: 9:36
I know some of you are thinking bull**** on the pushups and situps but I owe it to Stew Smith's Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness. I have never done a program that has pushed me so hard and given me such good results. I recommend it to everyone!
