There is a book out there that was given out at ST5 medical. It was called "SEAL Nutrition Guide". I have a copy somewheres but maybe goole that. Great source.

Nutrition doesn't change because your becoming a Seal, alot of great book on the subject based on cold hard truth. Just search book about endurance nutrition.
