Hey Guys,

Next week I will have the opportunity to talk with a lady who owns a nutrition practice for athletes of all sports. She is coming in and talking with our track team about pre-meet meals/timing/post-meet meals/etc. I was going to extend this opportunity for everyone on this site to post their questions about performance nutrition/timing/what and when to eat or anything they had in mind.

If you guys have any questions feel free to email or post. I get the chance to talk with her on the 7th of March, so think of some good ones.

Hey, sorry I didn't see this post earlier otherwise I would have thrown out a few questions. Did she talk at all about the following?

1. Post workout nutrition - what to consume immediately after a workout, and when (for example an immediate snack vs. full meal)

2. Any opinions on the Paleo, Zone, Caveman diets? Or the 4:3:3 vs. 3:2:1 variations (carbs:protein:fat)

If there was anything noteworthy, please do post whatever you thought was interesting or enlightening.

If it is not too much...can you actually summarize a little of what she said and some of the questions she answered. I also wish I saw this earlier. Very interested, and if it is not too much to ask for that would be great.
