Two Questions

I am going to college to receive an associates degree, I have been hearing that since I am going to college it means I have to go in as an officer in the navy? is that true or can I go in as enlisted? Also as a Seal will I be able to do a HALO jump I really feel the need to jump out of a plane at 30,000 ft.

The answer to your question is no. In fact, you cannot get a line commission with an Associates Degree...only a 4 year degree from an accredited institution. Even if you did have a 4 year degree, you can always enlist rather than go the OCS route.

Yes SEALs do HALO. Buttttt I was talking to an Army SF guy and he said that the highest they jumped from was 18000. So I dont know about the 30k feet, but like all the ads and stuff say 30 so who knows. Anyone know for sure?
