Hi everyone. We are a west coast team couple who have a gorgeous town home in VA Beach. Our tenants who had signed a 2 year lease broke it after about 6 months... and we are looking for new tenants. If anyone knows anyone moving to VA Beach and is looking for a place please email us! It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit town home, it is gorgeous inside, master bathroom has all slate tile with a walk in shower and soaking tub, in great school district, close to Dam Neck, about 25 minutes from Little Creek, in a great neighborhood, with elementary and middle school within walking distance from the home. $1775 a month, it is a little pricey, however, we are actually not making any money on it. We hope to go back in a few years and would like someone who will take care of it for us! Great for a family, or a few guys. There is tons of storage space, it is what sold my husband! That and the soaking tub! Fenced in backyard, and great neighbors. Thanks for your help!
