Hey guys, I know today is a rest day but I just did the CrossFit main site WOD and I thought everyone here would appreciate it. It's like Helen on steroids. Check it out, I don't think anyone will be dissapointed.

800m run
2 pood (or 70 lb dumbell) Kettlebell swings 30 reps
30 Pull Ups

5 rounds for time.

38:31 with 70lb dumbells

Funny, I called it "Helen on crack" but steroids works too! Anyway, I'm tackling Eva either tomorrow or Tue. Nice time! Were your runs outside or on treadmill?

They were on a treadmill. It's hovering around 20 degree's here in Syracuse, NY and it is still a little too icy for my taste. I will usually run outside when it's above 20 but not when it's icy too.

I hit this one yesterday, too. It was a great challenge... I don't have any KBs at home, so I used the only DB I have (45#). To make up for some of the weight difference, I added 10 additional swings to each set, for a total of 200 swings.

Time: 41:09

Noman... you b*stard! I've been posting here for awhile now and I haven't found a single person within 150 miles of me that actually shooting for the same goals (I live in Rochester). I work in Newark and both of my roommates are from Syracuse anyways so I'd be willing to hit some hard workouts on Friday/Weekends if you're up for it while I'm in town.
