Ugh...don't believe I'm gonna make it to the gym today. The parents are in town and I have to work later on this evening....I'll probably do the bodyweight exercises before I go to bed tonight.

since Rob hasn't answered yet, why don't we say 75lbs on the Push Press. same as FGB. Also, for box jumps use a 20" box. Everyone cool with this?

yea Neu, i did the 75lbs for the presses.
for the box jumps i got a nice treat, gym made me do em outside cause they thought id break their benches, lol. nice 24 inch bench in 90 degrees was a good burner!
Push Press- 9-12-12-12-10-10-10-11
Box Jumps- 16-14-14-16-14-15-12-17
Pushups- 23-20-18-14-17-15-15-16
Situps(on a incline)- 13-13-14-14-14-14-14-14
Squats- 18-17-18-18-18-18-18-20
always tried to beat my previous score on the last rep, did it except for the situps. runs were all kinda slow and forgot the one between sits and squats.
for the SEAL fit i 4x'd the distance and biked it.

Wannabe1, glad to hear your knee is getting up to strength. Soon you'll be able to go all out!
Used 85# for the Push Press, a little too heavy. Sit Ups were with un-anchored feet, and I subbed box jumps with bench jump-overs.
Push Press (85#)------12 / 9 / 8 / 6 / 6 / 8 / 7 / 8
Bench Jump-Over-----11 / 8 / 10 / 8 / 10 / 9 / 10 / 10
Push Up--------------26 / 23 / 16 / 16 / 17 / 16 / 16 / 16
Sit Up (un-anchored)-13 / 13 / 12 / 12 / 12 / 11 / 12 / 12
Squat----------------21 / 18 / 19 / 20 / 20 / 21 / 20 / 22

Neu, using FGB push press weight and box jump sounds good to me. Looking forward to this on Monday as I need the rest day tomorrow. This week beat me up.

Well, I ended up getting home earlier than I expected. I love it when the parents are in town cause then they buy me stuff, lol. I got a nice lunch at PF Changs followed by some shopping for a brand new pair of running shoes:) Anyways, the numbers:
PP: (75 lbs) 18/18/16/13/14/12/10/12
Box Jump: 23/19/22/20/20/20/20/20
Push-up: 15/15/15/15/13/13/10/10 (form sucked on the last few sets so I think I was a bit too generous here)
Sit-up: 16/17/16/15/13/13/14/15
Squat: 18/20/18/16/16/17/16/17
Not sure what my 400 times were. After Push Press I transfered outside to the track cause I wanted to put my new running shoes to the test. It was a nice chilly 36 degrees so being on the ground for pushups and situps was a nice cold burn.....ugh

I warmed up by shoveling the 9 inches of snow off my driveway.
50 minutes total (at the gym)
I wasn't counting my reps. I was too busy trying to watch the clock for myself. Good way to end the week. HOOAH.

Well fellas, I still somehow messed up this WOD. I accepted the challenge to do "Fran" this afternoon before my basketball game, so my mind was thinking "thrusters" when it should have been thinking "push press."
Thrusters (75#) 12, 10, 10, 10, 7, 7, 7, 6 = 69
(after two warm-up thruster sets of 10 to get the blood flowing, not recommended before a Tabata!)
Run 400m 1:56
Box Jump (24") 16, 17, 14, 13, 12, 13, 15, 14 = 114
Run 400m 1:52
Push-ups 20, 20, 13, 9, 7, 8, 7, 8 = 92
Run 400m 1:48
Sit-ups (feet anchored) 16, 14, 15, 12, 10, 12, 11, 11 = 101
Run 400m 1:50
Squats 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 15, 15, 15 = 130
Run 400m 1:50
TOTAL = 506
All runs were on treadmill @ 3% incline. Outdoors was not an option in shorts and T-shirt drenched in sweat. I was very happy with my scores for Thrusters since I got full extension and head into frontal plane on all reps, Box jumps which were all bouncing onto and off box unbroken, and I was happy with Sit-ups. However, I was unhappy about my performance on the Push-ups (chest and tris are still smarting from the last few WODs) and Squats should have been better too (my quads were already sore, and were totally shot after Thrusters, I'm such a dumbass for mistakenly doing thrusters). I was wondering why I felt so gassed running that first 400m, now I realize why... duh!
Anyway, "Fran" has a menacing grimace on her face, but I'm determined to get sub 3 minutes today. Been refueling in anticipation of the showdown. If time doesn't permit today, she's on the menu for tomorrow for certain.
