I have heard from alot of different sources that alot of dropouts accure in the dive phase of training. what i would like to know is some of the evolutions that occur there, wether its treading water or an underwater 50 meter swim.
i would love the information,if anybody has any. because there is almost none on google and such.

People, don't seem to believe the Instructors, who create the BUD/s Warning
Order etc.I'd feel like an ***,If I did what most do.And most of them, hang around BUD/s and its
sand dunes and act cool on thee net.

A SF MasterSgt buddy of mine put it best..."Ranger school they take away some food and sleep, SFQC they take away alot of food and all of your sleep, Dive school...they take away your right to BREATHE!"

Are you asking about EOD dive school, or second phase of BUD/S? There are no 50m underwater swims at EOD dive school. I've written a few posts, I think, about this. One of the best things to do is to not compare it to BUD/S at all. I've never been to BUD/S. Just check out the EOD warning order. There really isn't a way to prepare yourself for all of it. Other than getting used to swimming with fins. Get used to swimming with a snorkel and no mask...that's about all you can do. Oh, and work on breath holds, but be smart about it. Good luck.
