Think fast thoughts...

Avoid the treadmill, if you can help it. Post your time.

Hoo-Yah!!

did the SEALfit pull/sit workout, untimed but around 10 minutes, kipped the last 6 sets of pull-ups.

I donated blood afterwards so I figured it would be best for me not to run the 10k and pass out halfway through. Hoo-yah!

My shoes are expired so long runs=not a good idea. I'm holding off until my parents come to visit this weekend so I can con them into buying me some new ones:) Anyways, did armstrong, SEAL Fit (subbed dips for pull-ups cause of armstrong), and 1000yd swim sidestroke. Didn't time anything cause gym was crowded and for the swim I'm working on technique and if I time myself I worry too much about the clock.

Did track workout from a few days ago (8x200m @ 1:11/10x400m @ 2:22/4x200m @ 1:11)
200s averaged 48" & 400s averaged 1'55". 5 miles total.

Later: SEAL Fit (anchored sit-ups/deadhang pull-ups) in 14:15

43:54 (PR by about 4 minutes!)

Did this at dawn along the Hudson here in blistery NYC, I mapped it on run.com, pretty cool site - http://www.run.com/showroute.asp?map=459445. It was 22F when I went outside, and weather.com said it "Feels like 13F." I literally had icicles in my hair sticking out from under my wool hat as my sweat froze my hair, I took some pics when I got back to my apartment.

Did the ab/pull-up workout this afternoon, sit-ups were arms crossed, pull-ups were deadhang...

Round 1 @ 4:37
Round 2 @ 5:50
Round 3 @ 6:07

I rested between 1-2 minutes between each round, not sure if I was supposed to but thought it made sense. But I have a feeling that we were supposed to go straight through.

Legs already feeling the 10K as I tried the POSE Running technique for most of the run. My legs are getting sore in all new places!
