Day late, but not a dollar short. Actually two days late, but who's counting?
Did the SealFit pushup/ab workout. That's after I did the Thursdy Olympic Lift WOD. Finished in 23.58. That's a bit high, because I did it in my living room and was watching 300...I got a bit distracted :)
"My arm!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"It's not yours anymore!!"

I had every intention of rowing but found that the machine was out of service. I did the runs instead.
25 minutes total. I was pretty happy with that even though I know someone will chime in with 10 minutes or something like that. Every rep every day. HOOAH.

Well, I was four sets into yesterday's WOD (I'm a day behind), when my old bar came apart. So, I scrapped everything and jumped into this bad boy. No rowing machine, so I went with the 400-meter runs.

i dont how how i keep get suckered into these college parties. i tell myself to not answer the phone, but i always end up going out. didnt get to bed till 4 this afternoon and was politely awakened at 630 by my buildings fire alarm being tested! i decided i might as well go workout, but didnt bother to time it.
the gym closed early on me, before i finished, so i was out in the parking lot doing my last set of burpees and subbed 30 situps for the KtE set.
got to the gym 20 minutes before it closed and was in the parking lot for about 5 so time ~25:00
the burpees wrecked HAVOC on my stomach, hooyah!
also, did the runs

As RX'd w/ rows
22:21
Time included a brief argument with some doofus at the gym who was unhappy I was occupying the rack near the rowers. KtE were the time consumer here as my left grip kept failing since I'm still protecting my thumb's burn blister (fingers only grip sucks for KtE). Killer workout!

Part II - Afternoon workout: Run 4 miles
As RX'd outside in cozy 29F windy weather along the Hudson River...
28:45
I actually like running in the cold. But I still bought some Under Armor running tights earlier today designed for the cold w/ compression. First time running with any sophisticated stuff like tights, compression, wicking, etc. After putting them to the test today and I had my doubts, but I must say, I like 'em. Next, a new pair of running shoes.

Did this one today, Monday. Saturday was my wife and my anniversary, and we spent all damn day hunting down the ingredients for a King Cake. Any New Orleanians here on the site? Well, I'm proud to call it home and jealous too, making jumbalaya was a pain in the @$$.
Anyway.......21.56. Zoned out again. Think I could hit sub 20 for sure with a partner.
