Just curious about the strokes allowed for the EOD PST, I know side stroke and breast stroke are allowed, do they also allow the use of CSS? Thanks.

I would think the CSS would be preferred. I know for sure that you can use it.

CSS is allowed along with regular side and breast strokes.
