Question:

is it:

3 rounds of:
10 Single Arm KB swings
10 10 One legged box jump

Run a Mile

100 situps

or is it just 3 rounds of the KB swings and Box Jumps

And run the mile and do 100 situps afterwards?

Thanks

Actually you also forgot the 1 mile run before

WOD

1 mile run

then 3 rounds of the workout

then another 1 mile run

then 100 abs.

Damn...i definately did this wrong....instead of just doing 3 rounds of the kettle swings and box jumps, then just running 1 mile and doing 100 sit ups, i ran a mile and did 100 sit ups a long with the 3 rounds of everything else. so ended up running 4 miles and doing 300 sit ups....so it took me a little longer than everyone....

I biked 3 miles instead of running the first mile and I did 3 miles on the elliptical for 8 minutes instead of the 2nd mile run because I was going to be running at lacrosse practice anyway. The biking and elliptical took more time than if I would have ran the miles.

did Chelsea this morning with a friend. finished all 30 rounds in 30 minutes. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Then this afternoon did the WOD

As Rx'ed 20:51

I was dogging it the whole work-out, no energy left after Chelsea I suppose. The mile times were ~8 minutes each, Used a 15" box for one leg jumps. did the whole thing at a snails pace. So dissappointed with myself.

didn't make it to the pool today, instead I went on a buying spree! New Dive Mask, Hydration Pack, Duffel bag (For sandbag), Boots, Socks and a nifty little hat.

Hoo-yah!

Do we need to be an upgraded member to view the WOD? Because I tried looking at the WOD and could not.... it just took me to this page that just showed the prices for memeberships.... I was pretty disapppointed...

As RX'd, actually a little more...
16kg KBs (~36#)
20" box (only one the gym has)

24:21

Would have helped to not blank out on the WOD details like number of reps, order of exercises, etc. after the first mile. Both runs were on TM @ 3% grade (6:58 and 6:32), didn't want to run outside in slushy/rainy conditions since my kicks have almost no traction left, but thought about it. Almost killed myself on a missed box jump attempt, even knocked the box over. The sit-ups were a fun treat at the end!
