Nose plug

I was wondering during your pst are you allowed to use a nose plug when you swim your 500??

stuff like that is a crutch..just learn to do without.

Look at it this way - you want to pass the PST so you can go to BUD/S.

You want to make it through BUD/S so you can be a SEAL.

Do you think you'd wear a nose plug on an operational mission - for real, downrange?

Prepare now, because the only easy day really was yesterday.
