cant say i was totally comfortable with the Hang Snatch(never liked the snatch that much...the workout i mean, lmao!) so scaled it down to 175.

shooting for sub 10 minutes, but i missed. runs were on a tread.

time- 10:33

ran over to the track right after for SEAL fit, but I only did 5 of the 10 400's. completed all 200s though. my legs were kinda wasted from original workout, i still probably should have completed all the runs.

Used 95lbs and added an extra 400 meters(treadmill). Time was 14:50. Not good at all.

17/175

95lbs as Rx'ed

7:03

Hiked up a mountain afterwards ~2 1/2 miles, did some bouldering for about 2 hours, then hiked down the mountain ~2 1/2 miles.

Was shooting for under 7 minutes but the last part of my 400m's are uphill so I couldn't get up enough energy to power myself through it to save a few seconds. Hoo-yah!

I used 95# for the hanging snatches, but the form wasn't the greatest (closer to power snatches). Next time, I'll scale back a bit and go deeper.

Time: 11:05

12:22 as rx'd @95lbs
Snatch's were definately the slowing factor. i didn't count two so I added two on the last round. Runs on a treadmill.

Horrible form on snatches, ended up using too much shoulders.

8:04 at 95lbs.

Did a couple max reps inverted push-up sets after. And 20 total turkish get-ups at 30lbs. (10 each arm). Wanted to go 30 total but shoulders were spent

i'm a bit confused. The workout says run 400 meters. Is that the same workout you are posting times for because that should take less than a minute....

Since I'm always a day behind (I do the WOD at 6am ET since I'm on the East Coast), I planned on doing the Snatch/OHS workout this morning, but when I saw the CrossFit WOD I chose to honor CPO Nate Hardy instead. The Hero WOD, while always sad to see, was a better option for me to do this morning since I practiced OHS and Snatches at The Lost Battalion, a premier Olympic lifting gym, out in Queens last night. I need a lot of work on my shoulder flexibility as years of strength training (read "benching") have reduced my flexibility quite a bit so my OHS are lagging behind.

Anyway, for you Chief:

"Nate" as RX'd
11 rounds

Thank you for your sacrifice, and for keeping us safe.
