Today I started the work out that will hopefully get me into shape to be a SWCC operator. Right now I'm one month from turning 21, I'm 6'2" 215lbs. After reading the thread posted about SilentSnake I decided today would be the day I would do the same thing. I got this work out online, and even though I just started it today I really see potential. Three times a week 2 mile run untimed, 4 sets of 15 push ups, and 4 sets of 20 sit-ups. This is week one, by week 9 I should be running 5 miles a day 4 days a week, 6 sets of 30 push ups, and 6 sets of 30 sit-ups. Oh and just to add a little to it, I'm using the perfect pushup for my pushups, and a fitness ball for my situps. I'll keep everyone informed on my progress.

I'm glad my posts inspired you to work towards your goals! Looks like your doing the Warning Order...good stuff...i've been following the running and PT portion and doing my own thing for swimming. Good luck man and DO post your progress...everyone on here is great with giving support....you know yet when you'd like to try to take the PST?

I'm not even close to ready to taking the pst yet. Right now I'm running with a sauna suit to help drop the pounds. The push ups and sit ups are hit and miss, some days there is progress some days I regress. I'm drinking 1 gallon of water a day, but not eating very many carbs or calories to help slim down.

Get rid of the "sauna suit" before you do some serious damage to yourself. And slap the person who told/convinced you to use it...slap them silly.
