Went partying at my buddies fraternity all this past weekend, but was still able to knock out 11 rounds for the WOD. Windsor and Old Crow are def. hazardous to your health!

Ran 1.5 in 10:35 on the treadmill, and got 17 rds in 20 minutes. Good work-out.

toziongoesi69 - 6 inches is keeping your feet 6 inches of the ground for as long as you can. Just make sure your entire back has contact with the ground. Sorry it took so long for me to respond.

Yea, its cool I was just double checking. Also Leg Levers are the same thing as what I call Leg Raises or I think they are. Anyone also call them that or am I doing a different exercise?

Run in 9:30

Did 17 rounds...my goal was to do a round for each minute, but the run before hand made my legs feel like dead weight at the end

17/175

Did this one every minute on the minute except for the last minute where I did 2. Each round was ~30sec work, 30sec rest. It was an efficient and effective method and I don't think i would have been able to do as much if I didn't pace myself.

As Rx'ed: 21 Rounds

1200m Run: 4:17
1.5mi Run: 9:36 (PR)
3 mi Run: Didn't do it :(

Did my official PAST test for USAF CCT today.
2x25 underwater swims
500 meter swim--9:41
1.5 mile run-- 9:21
pull ups------- 6
sit ups--------- 45
push ups------- 45
4 count flutterkicks 45

On all of the cals the test admin. stopped me when I reached the minimum required reps because it is a pass/fail test. Pretty happy with swim and run though and had plenty left for the cals if I could have gone further. All that matters is that I got a CCT slot.

Been following the workouts here for a couple months now, but this is my first post. I leave for Marine OCS in May (as long as I pass a couple classes this semester) and I was looking for the best way to get my body in the shape it needs to be in to be at the top of my class. Since the SEALs are the best I figured great place to learn. Great workout today, my wo partner is a triathlete and pushes my ***.

1.5 miles-8:50
Got 17 rounds-20min

175/23

run=12.52 [with 3-4kg ruck{i gotta go to the gym after} and on ice]
rounds= 15

should have tried to pace myself better on the rounds. some b@$†@®d stole my IronMan!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's after my first one got jacked. I'm so mad I'm starting to use punctuation. The damn things cost well close to triple here, like $120!! I remember buying them at Ekards drug store for like 35.
No excuse on the run, I'm kind of like the Duck-Billed Platipus when it comes to running, you know...the laughing stock of God's creation.

I added a couple things to this workout (not because I wanted to make it harder, but because my simple brain forgot most of the WOD from the time I was at home and the drive to the gym!)

I ended up doing:

500 m swim css: 8:13

1.5 mile run: 9:55

As many rounds in 20 min:
10 DB swings
10 burpees
10 Thrusters 75lbs
15 leg levers

I ended up getting 13 rounds + 10 DB swings

First time doing CrossFit. Changing over from Stew Smith's 12-Weeks to BUD/S...needed some variety.

Didn't clock the run...but it was around 10 mins.

12 rounds completed. Not a bad first day!

Just getting around to posting...

I didn't hit the run because my old knees are killing me this week. I used a 45lbs db for the swings, and everything else was as RX'd.

Total: 16 rounds

32yo/188#/6'3"

As RX'd (40# DB as only KBs available were ~36# and ~52#)

1.5 mile run 10:42 (on TM @ 3% grade)
15 rounds plus 4 KB swings

After the first round I realized this was gonna be a harder workout than I expected. Was totally gassed afterwards. Good stuff! Doing today's workout tomorrow morning.

Got around to this one today...good stuff.

Subbed 2800m row for run: 9:21

Workout as rx'd: 17 Rounds+8 DB lifts

Was totally gassed and had to lay on my back at the end. I had one of my buddies hold a stop watch for me and tell me when 1 minute was up. I kept up with the 1 min per round pace until about the 12th round when I absolutely had to slow down my breathing.
