figured id start it up.
not real happy with my time, on the KB swings i nearly puked and rested for a few before continuing so that burned prob ~3 minutes.
25 pullups 1 set
50 135lbs DLs 3 sets
50 pushups 1 set
50 box jumps 1 set
50 KtEs2 sets
50 65lbs(weight from last time) DB swings-almost lost my bacon and eggs breakfast 5 sets(horrible, i know, i hate these mothers!)
25 pullups 2 sets
time-22:39
followed with some...ahem..INTENSE...yoga. 3 letters guys, TnA! hooyah!

DLs are Deadlifts, and KTE's are Knees to Elbows.

Did a Stew Smith upper body pt workout today....those dive bomber push-ups are absolutely killer:) I'll need to work on those for the future.

Tackling this one tomorrow. I talked to a guy that was in the SEALs for 10 years today for like 3 or 4 hours....So I kinda got side tracked went for a run before work.

Haha, Pipeline, gotta love it.
Looks like I missed a good one today! 2 of my buddies called me up last night at 7:00 with a crazy spur of the moment plan to drive up to Vermont and ski Saturday (today). The 3 of us drove up last night about a 4.5 hour drive, got up there around 12:30am, slept in some sleeping bags in the back of the SUV haha. Got up today, cooked eggs on a jet burner, and rode til 1:30 and came home. Have a great weekend fellas, go GMEN.

The box jumps wreaked havoc on my stomach so I had to step off rather than bounce... i feel bad for the guys working out nearby that may have gotten gassed.

Got it it today I did 50lbs on the kettlebell swings... took me 16:13 great workout. Also suck at the KTE so I did the leg left things...dont know what they are called.

Me n my bro went to the gym and did this today... My time was 18:26 and my brothers was 23:25. Pretty good workout. Cant wait to do this next month and see how much faster i get.

Three rounds for time of:
225 Deadlift, 15 reps
15 Handstand push-ups
15 Pull-ups
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
with 20lbs vest for all 3 rounds

Damn, it's good to be back at it. Tried two WODs last week, which ended in a massive pressure headache and a chain-smoker-like [no, I don't smoke] hacking fit.
Did 300 with two subs:
knee to chest jumps instead of box jumps [no box]
glute ham sit ups [someone was on the crossover machine that has the bars I use for ktes]
time: 17.19
Felt pretty good, what surprised me was the deadlifts. I broke up the first pull up set cause I thought it would make it go faster, then I got to the DLs. Usually this is my strong suit, but holy rusted metal batman!!, I couldn't do ten in a row. Grip was sh!t and my back was having an epileptic fit. Made it in plenty of time though. Also, my grip was so shot that I was doing the pullups at the end one at a time. One, drop, breath, two...etc. Wake up call. Three weeks off is a kick in the cahones.
Good job on your times guys, I've been ghosting the site the past few weeks.
