First time posting on the website, have been looking at doing something like this for a while.

Completed WOD in 26:54, enjoyed the hell out of it.

This was my first time doing overhead squats, I was surprised at how hard I had to concentrate to keep my shoulders engaged.

In all fariness, the runs were done on a treadmill so it was easier for me to crank up the speed and finish faster than I normally would have, but it was the best way I could run exactly one mile for each set.

this is my first post as well. i have a few questions. what is a hang power snatch? what do you do if you dont have the weights? do you just use what you have?

by the way i am excited to be doing this. i plan on doing the wod everyday, and i also am doing the individual work out generator. i plan on getting fit, and strong, not only physically, and i plan to keep it that way.

Took my first official pst today, so no wod for me. My pt numbers would be better, but my motivator kept stopping me before the time limit cause he was on a tight schedule and just wanted me to pass.

Swim: 8:49 doing breaststroke
Push: 52 (stopped at 1:30)
Sit-ups: 60 (stopped at 1:30)
Pulls: 8 (once again stopped, but I probably could've hit 10-11)
Run: 9:36

Still plenty of room for improvement but I feel that I'm on the right track and with a year left before I ship I think my pt numbers will go up significantly. But what's important is that I got my SEAL challenge contract. HOO-YAH!

Total time was 27:42. The runs were 6:56, 7:20, 7:56 which were run on a treadmill. Never did Power snatches before so my form was awful. Might have tweaked my shoulder on the overhead squats as well. Overall, good workout, but I need to get my run times down. Especially my last run.

congratulations again bhurb! hooyah!

first time doing HPSs they were tough, and kind of turned into Push Jerks near the end.
Overhead Squats were rough as hell(as usual) but my form was damn near perfect for rounds 2 and 3

i busted my knee up pretty good paintballing yesterday, but it only hurt when i started running, so i subbed 3 mile bikes for the runs- all ~8:00

time- 37:45

afterward did some pushup/pullup/4 counts sets

no pool access, so no SEAL fit workout for me today

Good job BHurb I'm jealous of your situation right now. I'm getting anxious for sure.

I chose to do CF WOD today:

'Cindy'

20 min:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

34 rounds (PR by 2 rounds)

Out in the rain and feelin' the pain today. HPS's weren't done with the greatest form, but I got the weight up.

As Rx'ed: 23:47

No access to a pool today so did saturdays SEALfit WOD

100 flutterkicks
100 sits
100 levers

7:11

gioberg11: got me by 6 seconds, awesome job man!

BHurb: Bravo Zulu! That's kinda lame that your motivator made you stop before the 2 minutes though.

AlexsMurray: Holy Crap that is a godly amount of rounds! You gotta film yourself doing this workout, you may hold the crossfit record.

You nailed it B Hurb! Nice job bro. Let's do shots!

Did the 15 OHS version, scaled down to 65# though. My form was solid, so this was a good baseline test and I know to go up next time.

t = 27:08, with miles of 6:36, 6:27, 6:26 (treadmill)

Neumeister:

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I was looking at all the posts today on the normal CF website and no one beat me so far. Next time I will bring a video camera because i think people on the normal site are thinking BS on my score.

Thank you all for the kind words. This group is full of awesome people who are all motivating and supportive. I wish we were all in the same boat crew, cause we'd kick *** and win every single evolution. Anyways, it feels good to finally be able to tell people I'm going to SEAL training for real. I "put my money where my mouth is." I've taken it easy the past couple days cause of MEPS and so I could do well today, so tomorrow is full cylinders ahead and I'm gonna kick the wod's ***, so be ready.

P.S.-ALEXMURRAY, when are you planning to ship my friend?...wouldn't mind having you as my OIC that's for sure; hope you get that billet man, keep kicking @ss.

NEUMEISTER (or anyone else using SEAL Fit), did you purchase the SEAL Fit program or is there a free version where you can get pt workouts?

Hey toziongoesi69, I answered your question about MEPS in the general forum (BUD/S "getting there") cause it wouldnt let me PM you back for whatever reason and I figured some other people might want to know as well.
