holy sh!t, todays workout was bodyweight bench press, i've nearly choke my self to death.
It is written that if you want to start crossfit no previous experience is required , so how the hell do you people expect someone to press his weight on the 4th workout?!!
Now, I know I sound like a ***** so I won't quit, I actually enjoyed that squats a few days ago.
I haven't done my weight(114 pounds, 5'6), I've done 80lbs, is it ok?

You adjust the reps/weight to whatever you can handle without killing yourself. If you cannot do your body weight do what you can and work your way up towards your body weight.

By way of example, if WOD states do 10 reps of overhead squats with 95# and you cannot do that, adjust the weight accordingly so that you can do the 10 reps.

Also, if the prescribed exercise is say 15 pull ups and you cannot do the 15 pull ups in one set, break the set up into say 3 sets of 5, the important think is to do the total amount of reps. If your arms get hammered and you can no longer do traditional pull ups than you can do jump pull ups {see Cross Fit website for video demonstration}

Keep in mind even the most gifted pro athletes were a beginner at one time, stick with this stuff as it really works
