Hey all, Im just checking to see if anyone doing these workouts is from around the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and wants to do these workouts together. It helps so much when you have someone else there to push you!

yea that would be great what is your e-mail. are u trying to become a Navy seal, and how long have u been doing the WOD's?
