Well today at the pool i tried the 25m Under water swim with Uniform and Boots... and its a whole lot harder then i ever imagined. I was only able to go about 15m.
after that i did some regular laps and i only go about 1/3 of the distance for every stroke. but it was definatly a good Swim by the time i was done.

Any one else had better luck with the 25m under water with uniform?

if you go like 8 min into the first training video that i posted, it talks about the "water saftey test" and it says a 25m under water swim, and it shows a guy swimming underwater in cammies and boots...

anyone have an official answer?

dont know how your are doing it,
ive never tried it in uniform and boots,
i can do 50m, try the kick stroke glid method, glid as far as possible and go deep quick.
good luck
