Asylum1968-
I tried to think of something smart-@ss to say, but no luck.
Do this once. As fast as freakin possible. If you don't feel like puking, do it again... faster.

One of my first WOD's (besides murph, deck of cards, and some of the other ones that don't require equipment)
-- 31:40. Lots of room to improve, pt is my strong point but I'm still lagging in running.

rord,
Thanks buddy lol
I knocked it out in 29:31.
BTW, I really appreciate your efforts for us.
I ETS'd (EAS in Navy-speak) last week and am using your workouts as my prep for the Fire Department PAT.

Murph rules. I do it every Veterans day in honor of him.

Can't do this one today, sorry. I'm beyond pissed, cause it's supposed to be a holiday but I still have my 8 week long class which meets tonight for 4 hours and had to work a f##kin women's basketball game today, so I'm stuck here watchin you guys posting kick *** times having a blast and I'm stuck here doing derivatives and complex math equations....what a bunch of crap:mad:

P.S.---I'm playing Oregon Trail right now even though I should be doing homework....anybody remember that game, haha!
Anyways....I'm using you guys as the characters for our "wagon crew" and we had some minor scares recently.
Neumeister--Recently had a snake bite but he's okay.
Danodec--Has recently acquired measles and his status is questionable.
Alexmurray--Nothing exciting
Pipelinesurfer--Has contracted the flu, but he's okay.
**My Favorite**
King Henry VIII--Has irritable bowel syndrome (explosive diarrhea)
And I just went out hunting buffalo so there's food and everyone is happy...except King Henry who still has the sh!ts, hahaha.

Did this routine twice in 67 minutes, and started the second routine at about the 32 or 33 minute mark. I need to work on the run, and probably should cut 5 or 10 pounds. Looking forward to tomorrow's WOD.

omg, bhurb i think i laughed for about 5 minutes reading about k henry. it was a bit ironic because i had lamb last night, and if you guys know about lamb...i wont get into too much detail...it came back to bite in the as$ me during this one, not fun. i finally found a workout partner who will do more than one WOD with me in a row, which is actually a rarity, so i took it easy and stuck with him for the runs, first and last time ill take it easy though, dont worry!
it was pretty funny tho, i was at the track thinking, damn i wish they had the water fountains unlocked im thirsty, and about 30 seconds later it started pouring down rain, lol.
time- 72 minutes
you guys that were at ~30 minutes, did you do it twice? if not im freaking AMAZED! full speed id probably only gotten ~45-50mins, so HOOYAH!

I was not able to do Fri. WOD because I went to go see a friend that lived about 4 hours away. I ran out of money so i did not eat my normal 4 meals a day and went down to two. REALLY bad decision. I did the WOD today got 30:10 for the first one then started the second one, did the pull ups, then started the run and felt like I was going to blow chunks, got dizzy and lightheaded. i stopped to try to avoid passing out. is that enough excuses?

Decided not to do the running today so I can recouperate my legs. Just did the PT portion and did it pretty light paced. then I did some muscle-up practice.
2 rounds:
25 pulls
50 push
75 sit
100 squat
14:28
Bhurb - Oregon Trail was the greatest computer game ever, I used to play it all the time in my 4th grade computer class. Sucks that I got bit by a snake but I'd much rather die with poison flowing through my veins than with sh!t exploding out my a$$...sorry King. haha
PLSurfer - the half marathon was fun, it was a true test of endurance. I plan to train hard and run a full marathon in June.

71:18. Was a nice mental test for me to do another round after that first one. I'm glad I got through the workout but I'm never satisfied with my intensity. I'm gonna really focus on ramping it up in the future.

Cut the 1200m down to 400m. I'm on a strict running schedule so I didn't want to do more than 4 miles.
47:31
Doing the 1200s would have added an extra mile so time would probably be:
58:00 or something
