Hey guys. Just got back to the fight. I won 1 minute into the second round by TKO from knees to the head[just for you Neumeister ;)]!!!!!!!!!

Sincere thanks to the creators of the forum for putting up such a cool and informative site. More importantly, thanks to Coach Ord for posting these bad @$$ workouts and to the guys here for posting their times. Never been in better shape and don't see anything but "up."
Now, let's see how Neumeister did on his half-marathon. Post it buddy.

Thanks for the congrats man. Uhhhh....Thin ice: my wife's Russian, as is everyone I have trained/worked/socialized with in the last two and a half years. And everyone tends to think a lot of themselves, including us ;). No worries though. Actually, its my fault for making such an antagonistic thread title, the whole "us vs them" thing. So, my bad. Apologies for LEADING you to the thin ice, I guess :)

It was funny, cause the show was streamlined and absolutely without presentation. They dragged that guy out of the ring, told me to get out, and I was like "What the hell just happened?" Then my friend told me I won. None of the elation of victory, I was to confused.
What you said about preparation and opportunity was on the spot. I wasn't even sweating after two rounds, but the adrenaline did make my muscles seize up mighty tight.
Thanks again for posting the workouts. Good to see you keep off the forum on Sunday, if you're like me you drive the family nuts with this stuff as is.
