Hey Russian Bear overthecounter but has anobolic "proteins" I'm getting a medical waiver but I don't need a piss test to ruin me, what's the thought? I need to gain weight and it's hard because I like to keep my 6min mile. 6'5'' 185-190 would like to be 225-230, and this stuff is 5000 calories each shake. Ridiculous huge machine but anobolic scares me away? Thanks Hoo-yah.

You have a link to the product? It's pretty impossible to know if it might be problematic w/o knowing what they put in it.

As far as the word "anabolic" goes, don't let that scare you. Anabolic just means "building"...it's the opposite of catabolic. All proteins are anabolic...tuna, chicken, beef, eggs...people have this near-phobia when they see that word and automatically think it must mean illegal steroids.

Dietary proteins have to be anabolic, how can you have catabolic protein? :D

Russian Bear 5000 Powder Contains
Complex, Medium Chain and Simple Carbohydrates, Pharmaceutical Grade Protein Blend consisting of non-fat milk solids and hydrolyzed egg white (albumin), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Vitamin, Mineral, and Liptropic Mixture (which includes kreb's cycle complexes) Yohimbe Bark, Eleutherococcus, Crystalline, Fructose, Sikadeer Antler Powder, Schizandra Chinensis, Inosine HXR, Colostrum, Boron, Chromium Picolinate, Natural Chocolate Flavor

Or:

Sugar, non fat milk, egg whites, MCTs, and a vitamin/mineral complex with some yohimbe....., not bad for the money I guess, substandard ingredients though, better off with some whey isolate, a good multi and fish oil or a 24oz steak.

It's 100% safe for the piss test.

I concur on all accounts.

Substandard ingredients for the market place today. There's no reason in the world outside of sheer ignorance to accept mid-grade carbs and protein in a meal replacement supplement. I would recommend Met-Rx or Myoplex. Excellent quality, easy availability and pretty economical. Just my $0.02 worth...
