ok im in highschool junior, 5'10 16 ana half and im really thinking hard bout eh navy SEALS as a future (my parents dont like it they say only peasents do dirty for the "the man" <--lol) any how i have moderately good physical health i can do about 70 pushups straight out 17 pull ups bench 225 5 times run good i just need help with swimming... can anyone offer advice for me in terms of a good scheduale/training thingy i also have a bendch preess in my garage with attachments so just gimme all fitness tips and good books that ex navy seals offer advice in and also techniques to strenghten my will/determination you can use during harsh training
