3 months ago I had ACL reconstruction after a college football injury in August. I swam the 2000 yard today in 49 minutes for the first time since the surgery. Basically I can only really swim using the breaststroke and freestroke. I am not cleared for the CSS. My times in the 500 yard have gone up quite a bit from 8 min to 10 min. Basically I can only do flutter kicks, slight scissor kicks, and some frog kicks at this point in the rehab process. Also my "pressing the bouy" technique has gone out the window.

Anyone have ideas on what I can do to work on form?
