What are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to build muscle mass? Are you going for endurance? Different diet regimens for both.
However I will say this. Don't ever let yourself get hungry, but don't eat till your "stuffed" either. Try and eat a small portion of something healthy about six times a day------depending on how hard your working out and what your going for for results, I think about 5000 calories a day should be a good start. Get plenty of sleep-----8 to 10 hours if possible--each day. Drink a LOT of water(again, don't fill up with water, merely keep hydrated). Most folks biggest problem with working out is not enough water intake.
Some supplements are ok for increasing your calorie intake, but try not to get into a rut with all the designer supplements out there. Good food will accomplish this better than a bunch of synthetic junk. Protein is good, but be sure to have plenty of fruits(juice is ok) and vegetables(particularly green ones). And don't forget some fiber, all that activity and all that water could make the ol' bowel a little loose so something to help that will be a welcome thing.

I hope this was some help, I'm sure an expert will be along shortly.

i will say this:

use the search feature. nutrition is in it's own place, as you know by posting here. there is too much information to recreate in an answer to your post.

furthermore, what you're asking for is a time-consuming process and should be done by a professional. go see a nutritionist.

Like Sea said, we need more information. Everyone's body is different and there is no generic "diet" that everyone can use and see results. How much do you weigh, how tall are you, whats your body fat percentage, how long have to been training for, what are you training for, do you want to add mass, do you want to cut fat, do you want to gain strength, do you want build endurance...etc?

Also, there are some pretty good posts in the nutrition section for dieting but there is also a few "wrong" posts too, so be careful. I'd suggest sifting through the threads for a while and read up on what other people have to say about dieting.

Nutrition for BUD/S isn't as much of a science as everyone tries to make it. The food you will be served in BUD/S is nasty... and sometimes you'll just get MRE's which aren't the most healthy thing for you either. Keep it simple. Stay away from supplements they are generally unnecessary and can end up causing problems. Just eat a well balanced diet. Good carb intake, complex carbs are better. Plenty of fruits and vegetables every day and stay away from processed foods/instand foods. Anything that has hydrogenated oils in it tends to slow down your metabolism so do your best to stay away (which requires making everything from scratch because anything that's pre-prepared will have hydrogenated oils). Stay away from things like MSG and canned/bottled drinks. Just drink water and plenty of it. Sports drinks are popular but full of corn syrup. Most of all, don't worry about it so much. Eat Healthy and worry about your workouts. Running and Swimming are the two biggies.
