here is my 14day pre boot camp
500 Yard Swim- 10:40 side stroke
Pushups-55
situps-100
Pull ups-18
1.5 run - 10:58= BAD

Never take an energy drink and try to do continuous cardio exercises.... This was my mistake and I am trying to teach others not to make the same mistake...I learned after that the energy drink increases your heart rate and doesn't allow you to run or swim to your full potential if used for long distance... also i ate wendys 20 minutes before hahaha...

Haha.. did you puke? Probably should have, would have increased your times.

also you don't want to drink sports drinks like gatorade or powerade during the pst cause when you get to the run youll likely puke. water only, and no wendys.

when i took a practice pst back in the summer (before i swore in) i had just eaten cheap chinese food. and then i always swallow quite a bit of water during the swim, and then ran on an outside track..it was 97 degrees outside that day, and there was no shade on the track...talk about miserable

How long before the PST test did you take the drank? Because I had Red bull once for a regular 6 mile run with backpack and boots and I felt really good. I took it like 2/3 hours before my run. My opinion : energy drank works!
