I hate to advertise on here so i will make it quick. If anyone is interested in personal training to prepare for a special program in the San Diego area email me. I have been in a special program for 4 years and am now getting out. I have a certification with the national academy of sports medicine. I focus A LOT on injury prevention, muscular strength and muscular endurance. I don't train to help pass the screen test. I train to pass the program you are interested in. If you train with me for a few months I promise you will be at the top on the screen test.

My email is Sk8m99@hotmail.com
or you can write me on here

I dont live anywhere near San Diego. But would like some advice about how to get more sit-ups into my traing programme. I can do 100 in 2 mins, but want to do more. I am reletivly fit and train everyday by running, sprinting, and swimming. I also do a lot of fitness training (push-ups, etc). I want to join the US Navy and then SEAL's, hopefully. Could you help please?

It would be more appealing for you to mention a little more of your background. For instance, exactly what special program. When people say "special program" it sounds like bs. Be straight forward and elaborate on what you have to offer these kids.

sk8m99--

you might want to check with the owner of the site to make sure it's appropriate to be advertising your services on here. you might have paid for a membership, but considering the amount of money that your advertising can get, that's a tiny fraction of your potential earnings.

This should be a dead thread. Any advertising needs to me approved by the Admin.

I am careful how I word things on here. For example, I never said i would charge for this service. So what exactly is it that I am doing wrong? I will give help to those who need it, I am more into privacy though. I am not too concerned if me being in a special program sounds like BS. If you actually train with me I can show you everything you need so you will have no doubts. And if anyone needs help with something..such as getting their sit up past 100, you can email me at sk8m99@hotmail.com. Besides having military experience, I have a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer certificate. It is one of the top if not the top certificate. Its has a 60% failure rate. So if you need to know any more just email me. And I promise you I will give you correct and above and beyond advice

the concern is that, even if you don't benefit financially from the kids on this site, you gain quite a piece of rep by being able to tell potential clientele that you train kids to be navy SEALs, and that you advertise on this site. again, even though it's free, that doesn't mean it would be in the future, or free to all who inquire, so double check with the admin.

I'm also NASM certified. It's NOT a hard cert to get, "60% fail rate" made me laugh. If true, alot of exceptionally underprepared people attempt the test. Also, the content of the course has nothing to do with any type of specop training. Fellow NSW hopefulls, my advice is to ignore this joker and follow the warning order or crossfit WODs, supplimented with more swimming if you go the crossfit route.

Also, Mr. Special Program, this site and the community it represents is NOT an outlet or market for the "fitness industry" so take your elipticals and get the hell out. Thanks.
