I've been getting bored with just going out and putting miles on my legs so i came up with a killer work out in case anyone wants to try it.
Hop on a treadmill and do a mile warm up in about 8:00. Bump the speed up to 11.5 and the elevation up to 5.0 and run for 1 minute. Hop off for one minute and then hop back on do this ten times. Then increase the speed to 12.5 and increase the elevation to 8.0 and run for 30 seconds on then hop off for 30 seconds. Do this one 5 times.
Once you're finished running hop on the leg press machine and put on a weight that you can do 25 times comfortably. Do 5 sets of 20 with 2 minutes rest in between. then once ur finished with that do 2 sets of 100 bodyweight squats. you'll thank me in the morning. I really think that doing this workout once or twice a week has really helped me so i thought id pass it along.
